RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) was established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 to protect home buyers and promote transparency. A RERA-registered property means: the builder has a valid registration, project details are publicly available, funds are kept in an escrow account, and there are penalties for delayed possession. Always buy RERA-registered properties — we never list unregistered projects.
For a home loan, banks typically finance 75-90% of the property value (LTV ratio). So you'll need 10-25% as down payment. For a ₹1 Cr property, that's ₹10-25 lakh. Additionally, budget 7-10% for stamp duty, registration, GST (if applicable), and legal fees. We help you plan the exact amount based on your chosen property and state regulations.
For new launch projects from our partner developers, we charge ZERO brokerage — our commission comes directly from the developer. For resale properties, our standard fee is 1% of the transaction value (minimum ₹50,000). Luxury properties (₹5 Cr+) attract a reduced 0.5% fee. All fees are disclosed upfront with no hidden charges.
