Tandoor & Flame was born from a simple belief — that the best food comes from fire, patience, and love. Our clay tandoor has been burning since 2008, when our founder, Chef Harinder Singh, brought the flavours of Amritsar’s dhabas to the heart of the city.
Every naan is hand-slapped and baked against scorching clay walls. Every curry is slow-simmered with stone-ground masalas. We don’t cut corners — we char them beautifully.
