Sugar Bloom started in a tiny home kitchen in 2016, when our founder, Tara Menon, began making French macarons for friends and family. Word spread through Instagram, orders piled up, and what started as a weekend passion turned into a full-fledged patisserie.
Today, every pastry is still handcrafted using premium French butter, Belgian chocolate, and seasonal Indian fruits. We don’t use preservatives, artificial colours, or shortcuts. Just patience, precision, and a whole lot of love.
