Founded in 2010 by Chef Arjun Malhotra, Ember & Oak began as a dream to bring the forgotten recipes of India’s heartland to the modern table.
We source heirloom spices directly from small farms across Rajasthan, Kerala, and Kashmir. Every dish is cooked over live flame using century-old techniques — no shortcuts, no compromises.
