Paws & Haven was founded by Dr. Kavitha Nair with a simple mission: provide the kind of veterinary care she'd want for her own pets. What started as a small neighbourhood clinic has grown into a full-service pet care centre trusted by over 5,000 pet families in Bengaluru.

We combine modern medical technology with old-fashioned compassion. Every animal that walks through our door is treated like family — because to someone, they are.

Walk-ins are welcome for minor issues and shop purchases, but we recommend booking appointments for consultations, vaccinations, and grooming to avoid wait times. You can book online or call us.

We primarily treat dogs and cats, but also see rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds. For exotic pets, we can refer you to a specialist in our network.

We don't sell insurance directly, but we accept claims from all major pet insurance providers in India. We also offer our own wellness plans starting at ₹999/month that cover preventive care.

Bring any previous medical records, current medications, and your pet's favourite treat. For cats, please bring a carrier. We'll take care of the rest!

Yes — we offer 24/7 emergency care. For after-hours emergencies, call our emergency line and one of our on-call vets will guide you. The emergency entrance is on the side of the building.
