OUR STORY
Three Generations of Baking
Kneading Joy started in 1998 when our grandmother, Kamala Devi, began selling her legendary coconut buns from a tiny kitchen in Malleswaram. What began as a neighbourhood secret soon became a Bengaluru institution.
Today, we still use her original recipes — kneading every dough by hand, fermenting our sourdough for 48 hours, and baking in stone ovens just as she taught us. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just honest bread.
